This month I completed an important professional goal -- becoming a certified practitioner of The Fearless Organization Scan. It feels good to have accomplished something so early in the year, and it has been even more rewarding to see the positive impact this tool is already having for clients. Throughout my career, I have seen the ways organizational culture affects business outcomes, team performance, and individual advancement.
